Terms of Use

These terms explain how to use MeetMind, which responsibilities stay with the user, how AI results, subscriptions, public beta limitations and service liability work.

Updated: 2026-06-29

MeetMind is provided as an assistive AI service. Use results only after human review and only when you have the right to process the source materials.

By using MeetMind, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

Acceptance of terms

These terms apply to the website, web app, mobile apps, public beta, account portal, API, support, payments, uploads, transcription, AI results and Contexta.

If you register, sign in, record, upload, process, export materials, buy a subscription or use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms.

Access may depend on region, platform, plan, invite, risk or launch stage.

Account, age and access

You are responsible for account accuracy, access security, lawful account use and actions performed through your sessions, devices or credentials.

MeetMind may limit access by region, platform, plan, age, public beta stage, allowlist, abuse or risk checks, technical availability or applicable law.

Your materials remain yours, but MeetMind receives the rights needed to run the service.

Your materials and service license

You keep your rights in meetings, lectures, notes, documents, audio, projects, subjects and other materials that you create, record or upload to MeetMind.

You grant MeetMind a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, copy, upload, transmit to technical providers, recognize, analyze, structure, display, export, delete and create derived results only to operate, protect, support, improve reliability and provide the service.

You are responsible for lawful recording, uploading, storage and processing.

Recording, uploading and third-party rights

Before recording, uploading or processing, you must obtain all necessary notices, consents, permissions and rights from participants, rights holders, employers, schools or other organizations.

Do not use MeetMind for hidden illegal recording, surveillance, NDA violations, trade secrets, copyright infringement, personal data misuse, organizational policy violations or school rule violations. If you are not sure processing is allowed, do not use MeetMind for that material.

AI results are assistive and require review.

AI features and Contexta

Transcripts, summaries, tasks, explanations, study plans, translations, speaker labels, source references, documents and Contexta answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, non-unique or based on incorrectly recognized source material.

MeetMind does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, compliance, employment, academic integrity or other professional advice. Do not use the service as the only source for high-risk, regulated, educational, employment, medical, financial or legal decisions.

  • Human review required
  • No professional advice
  • No guarantee of perfect transcription
  • No guarantee of complete or unique outputs

MeetMind evolves and is not a production SLA service.

Public beta, availability and changes

During public beta, features, limits, plans, regions, providers, AI/STT quality, interface, supported platforms, storage policy and payment methods may change, become temporarily unavailable or be removed.

MeetMind is provided as-is and as-available to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, compatibility with every user requirement, preservation of every temporary file or fitness for a particular purpose.

Payment rules depend on country, payment provider and subscription status.

Plans, subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Plans may include quantitative limits for processing minutes, recording length, active projects or subjects, material uploads, stored materials, seats, raw-audio retention, trials, anti-abuse controls and regional availability. Public plans provide full application functionality; plans differ by limits. Price, tax, currency, subscription period and renewal may depend on your account, country or payment provider.

Subscriptions are managed through the main MeetMind account portal and the connected payment provider. Cancellation, renewal and refunds are handled through the main account, support or payment provider under applicable law and published payment terms.

  • Plan limits may change
  • Trials may be limited for abuse prevention
  • Refunds follow law or payment-provider policy
  • Cancellation usually affects future periods, not past usage

Use MeetMind lawfully, responsibly and without harming others.

Acceptable use

Do not use MeetMind for illegal recording, surveillance, harassment, impersonation, spam, access bypass, unauthorized security testing, rights violations, processing materials you do not have rights to process, harmful content distribution or attempts to extract other users' data.

Do not abuse free trials, limits, billing flows, support, invites, shared links, APIs, devices or providers. MeetMind may apply rate limits, risk checks, fraud controls, moderation, removal, blocking and other protective measures.

Export, sharing, invitations and shared spaces create user responsibility.

Collaboration, sharing and complaints

If you send materials, invite participants or open access to a project, meeting, note, lecture, subject, call or Contexta answer, you are responsible for having the right to share that content with recipients.

MeetMind may remove, limit or hide materials, access, links, accounts or results if it receives a complaint or sees risk of violating law, rights, security or these terms.

Some parts of MeetMind depend on external providers.

Third-party services and providers

MeetMind may use hosting, storage, speech-to-text, AI, email, authentication, diagnostics, push notifications, payment, call/media infrastructure, and other providers. Their outages, limits, rules, review decisions, or changes may affect service availability and capabilities.

We are not responsible for third-party actions, policies, fees, refunds, outages or delays to the extent permitted by applicable law, but we may help with technical support and request routing.

MeetMind may protect the service, users and third parties.

Limitation, suspension and deletion of access

We may limit, suspend or terminate access, remove materials, refuse processing, cancel a trial, block shared links or apply additional checks for terms violations, security risk, illegal recording, complaints, abuse, fraud, payment failure or legal requirements.

You may request account deletion through available account tools or support. Some legal, billing, security, audit, dispute-resolution and anti-abuse records may remain for a limited time where necessary or allowed by law.

MeetMind's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetMind, its owners, team, contractors, providers and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, lost reputation, lost business opportunity, interruption, incorrect AI outputs or user decisions made based on service results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetMind's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid MeetMind for the service during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you did not pay for the service, liability is limited to the minimum amount allowed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.

Users are responsible for consequences of unlawful materials and service misuse.

Indemnity and mandatory rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify MeetMind for losses, costs and claims arising from illegal recording, missing consents, third-party rights violations, uploading materials you do not have rights to process, misuse, breach of these terms, fraud, abuse or using the service on behalf of an organization without authority.

Applicable law, venue and mandatory user rights may depend on the contracting entity, country, payment provider and user status. These terms do not limit mandatory privacy, consumer or statutory rights that cannot be changed by contract.
